About the RoleWe’re hiring a GTM Engineer to join our technical services team. You'll build scalable, signal-based systems that drive measurable impact for our clients using Prospectory. This strategic and technical role involves designing and deploying infrastructure for outbound and capture campaigns using Prospectory, while collaborating closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical foundation and a consultative, customer-obsessed mindset. You should be comfortable translating commercial needs into complex workflows using the latest tools in automation, enrichment, and data orchestration.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect advanced GTM workflows using tools like Clay, Instantly, Make.com, n8n, HeyReach, and others.Identify and integrate creative trigger and signal sources that indicate intent or fit.Research and connect unconventional or hard-to-access data sources to fuel outbound strategy.Collaborate with strategists and clients to translate goals into technical implementation plans.Operate within and around the HubSpot and Salesforce ecosystem, including custom object design, integration logic, and RevOps alignment.Build and maintain automation and enrichment systems across the client lifecycle.Provide clear documentation and reporting to both internal and client teams.Monitor performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and evolve systems over time.What We’re Looking For:1+ years of experience in a technical or operations role tied to marketing, growth, or RevOps.Fluency in low-code tools like Clay, Instantly, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and similar.Deep understanding of outbound and demand generation mechanics, including deliverability, targeting, and conversion.Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, and integrations.Ability to identify and extract data from APIs, directories, or non-obvious online sources.Clear and confident communicator, capable of interfacing with both internal teams and client stakeholders.Highly adaptable, resourceful, and energized by fast-moving environments.A creative problem solver who thrives when designing systems that haven’t been built before.Bonus PointsFamiliarity with email infrastructure, domain warming, and inbox placement strategies.Experience working within paid media ecosystems (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).Comfort with scripting or light development (e.g., JavaScript or Python for custom automation).Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise sales motions.
