GTM Engineer (GTM Ops)

Clay Software Development
Hybrid New York, NY Posted about 2 months ago $140,000 - $160,000 yearly

TL;DR

Clay in a nutshell: helping 100k+ businesses find hidden growth signals without drowning in spreadsheets—from mom‑and‑pop shops to Notion and Anthropic.

This seat: you're the plumber‑in‑chief for our sales engine. Build the pipes that move deals from first hello to happy renewal, then teach those pipes to think using AI.

Daily beat: spot the friction in sales handoffs, write SQL that surfaces next moves, connect tools that don't talk yet, and make it all hum without breaking when we grow 6x again.

Who fits: 4+ years getting your hands dirty with GTM systems; loves turning messy sales problems into clean automations; thinks AI belongs in the stack, not just the pitch deck.

Numbers talk: $140‑160k, Series B fresh in the bank (Sequoia, Meritech), and the rare chance to build something customers actually write love letters about.
