Neighborly Software Software Development
Hybrid Atlanta, GA Posted about 2 months ago

TL;DR

Neighborly Software in a nutshell: they build tech that helps communities help people—think software that makes housing and economic aid flow smoother.

This seat exists because good systems multiply good people: you'll be the wizard connecting CRM to helpdesk to project tools, making sure nothing drops between the cracks.

Daily rhythm: configure Zendesk and HubSpot, write clear how‑tos, build dashboards that matter, chase down NPS scores, and jump on any friction points that slow down client success.

Who fits: 6+ years around business (2+ in client ops/systems), comfortable with modern SaaS tools, writes processes people actually follow, and gets fired up about using tech for good.

The deal: Atlanta‑based (2‑3 office days), competitive pay, and a chance to optimize systems that help communities serve neighbors better.
