Job Summary:Modern Amenities is revolutionizing lead generation through AI-powered automation and systematic approaches. The Go-to-Market Engineer will build the technical infrastructure for lead generation systems, collaborating closely with the Head of AI Automation and contributing to both internal operations and external client services.
Responsibilities:• Build and optimize lead generation workflows using Clay's advanced automation capabilities• Help create custom AI agents for lead qualification, response handling, and campaign optimization• Design and build client-facing analytics dashboards using Glide (preferred) or similar platforms• Connect and coordinate workflows across Clay, HubSpot, email platforms, and AI tools• Take ownership of specific technical projects from requirements to deployment• Help convert strategic concepts into repeatable, scalable workflows• Ensure consistent output and performance across systems you work on• Create process documentation for the projects you handle• Help track and improve automation efficiency and reliability• Support seamless data synchronization across platforms• Resolve issues and maintain stability for your assigned systems• Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes
Qualifications:
Required:• Clay Expertise (2+ years): Advanced workflow automation, API integrations, custom enrichment processes• Dashboard Development• AI/Automation Tools: Prompt engineering, workflow automation, integration orchestration• Data Management: Database optimization, API connectivity, multi-platform synchronization• Lead Generation Operations (2+ years): B2B campaign automation, performance optimization, workflow management• Technical Project Experience: Independent project execution with team collaboration• Systems Building: Converting requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions• Project Execution: Takes ownership of assigned projects with minimal oversight• Systems Thinking: Understands how technical pieces fit into larger business strategy• Problem Solving: Approaches challenges with creativity and persistence• Documentation Mindset: Naturally documents processes for team knowledge sharing• Team Player: Works collaboratively within our existing team structure while driving innovation
