Job Description

At Starbridge, our mission is to catalyze a new era of public‑private partnerships in the $1.5T State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. We build tools that help companies identify early buying signals — from job changes to board meeting mentions — and reach the right person at the right time.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to own our scaled outbound motion. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth to build and optimize workflows that drive personalized, high‑volume outreach using modern GTM tools. This role blends technical implementation with creative problem‑solving to generate pipeline in a large, underpenetrated market.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain outbound workflows using automation and enrichment toolsOperationalize buying signals (job changes, competitor activity, board minutes, etc.) into campaignsExperiment with new tools and processes to improve results
