Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer, Associate, (Remote)

Job Summary:Sonrai Security is a company focused on providing a platform for enterprises to manage risks in their public cloud. The Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer will support the growth of the company by building and maintaining tools and workflows that enhance demand generation, sales, and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:• Build and maintain automation and workflows in our GTM tech stack to support campaigns, reporting, and sales enablement• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems• Help execute and optimize marketing campaigns, data enrichment, and lead routing processes• Collaborate on new tool implementations and ensure adoption across the team• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve GTM efficiency
Qualifications:
Required:• 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role• Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market processes and terminology• Experience with, or willingness to quickly learn, MarTech tools like Marketo (or another marketing automation platform), Salesforce, Default• Fluency in low-code tools like Clay, Zapier, or similar tools• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with manipulating and analyzing data• Experience using LLMs integrated across systems
Preferred:• Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting language)• Proficiency in Data visualization tools• Proficiency in Wordpress• Proficiency in Cloud marketing• Experience in Cloud security marketing• Experience in AWS
