Job Description

Ivo is pushing the envelope on what’s possible with AI for legal teams. We’re a very fast-growing Series A B2B SaaS company, and we’re looking for a proven Revenue Operations leader to help us scale our go-to-market engine. You’ll own the core RevOps pillars—systems, process, data, and enablement—and play a key role in building a high-performing, insight-driven GTM organization.
This is a foundational role on the GTM leadership team.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams have the infrastructure, insights, and support they need to hit our ambitious goals—while constantly asking:
What’s working? What’s repeatable? What can be automated? What should be measured?
You’ll be a fit if you:Have scaled RevOps at a high-growth B2B SaaS company beforeBring deep Salesforce expertise (plus tools like HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, etc.)Understand how to operationalize the entire funnel—from lead to renewalThink like a systems architect but act like a business partnerAre comfortable owning reporting, forecasting, and performance measurementHave a strong grasp of automation and AI tools, and know how to apply them pragmaticallyMove fluidly between strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaborationCare deeply about clean data, efficient processes, and building a world-class GTM engine
