Position Overview:As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and aligning all revenue-generating functions to our strategic goals.
You will work closely with CBO, VP of Global Sales, VP of Marketing and other company management to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success systems, processes, and tools. Your expertise in data, systems, and strategy will enable you to empower these teams and leadership stakeholders to deliver predictable revenue outcomes and exceptional customer experiences. You will report directly to our VP of Sales.This is a unique opportunity to lead and build out the RevOps function at a rapidly growing company transforming the future of Visual Generative AI. The role is strongly preferred to be based in the NYC Metro with expectations of 2 days per week in office
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a RevOps strategy to align sales, marketing, and customer success with our business goals. Partner with GTM leaders to define metrics,and predictive dashboards that support hypergrowth. Build and oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and key performance tracking systems. You will own data governance and systems hygiene across GTM teams.Architect and own the full GTM systems roadmap, identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, and scale using AI-driven tools and AI agents.Optimize and manage HubSpot, and other tools to ensure data hygiene, seamless flows, reporting, and team alignment. Evaluate and implement sales tech stack components like forecasting tools, and analytics solutions—with an emphasis on AI-native or AI-augmented capabilities.Develop and implement scalable processes, workflows and tools to drive efficiency across all revenue functions that reduce seller friction and increase productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation, account management, and customer retention.Recruit and develop a small but mighty RevOps team as we scale.
Who You AreA systems thinker and RevOps leader with 6–8+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. Deeply fluent in designing GTM infrastructure—including CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), reporting, and process design.Strong proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).Passionate about AI-first tooling, automation, and the practical use of AI agents to reduce manual work.Comfortable experimenting with and deploying AI copilots, LLM-based automations, or tools like LangChain, Zapier AI, or custom GPTs.Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and wired for execution AND a keen ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.An excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly from ideation to implementation.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
