Business Systems Engineer

Symmetry Software Development
Hybrid Scottsdale, AZ Posted about 1 month ago $105,000 - $131,000 yearly

TL;DR

Symmetry's secret sauce: they're the invisible engine behind 64 million paychecks, giving platforms the APIs to handle the messy tax stuff. Now they need someone to keep their own tech house in order.

Your mission: be the plumber connecting NetSuite, Salesforce, and AWS—making data flow clean and automatic between every pipe in the building.

Daily beat: write SuiteScript and Apex, wire up integrations through Celigo, chase down sync issues, and keep SOC 2 auditors happy. Think mechanic meets architect.

Who fits: 4‑6 years hands‑on with business systems, comfortable in JavaScript and Python, and enough AWS chops to make Lambda dance. NetSuite/Salesforce certs are gold stars.

Numbers & notes: $105‑131k in Scottsdale, 2‑3 office days weekly, now part of Gusto's bigger family—helping small shops get enterprise‑grade tools.
