About The Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to architect the revenue systems that will power Tempo's next phase of growth. This is one of the most critical roles in modern SaaS—you'll build automated systems that generate pipeline at scale while creating superior, personalized customer experiences.
In this high-impact position, you'll design and implement the technical infrastructure that transforms our go-to-market strategy into predictable, scalable revenue. You'll be the technical architect of our revenue engine, using cutting-edge tools like n8n and Clay to build systems that feel like magic to our customers and our team.
What You’ll Do
AI-Powered Revenue Generation
Build autonomous AI SDRs that research prospects, craft personalized messages, and manage follow-up sequences at scaleDevelop sophisticated lead scoring and enrichment pipelines using Clay data providers and waterfall enrichment methodologyCreate AI-powered personalization engines using LLMs for dynamic content generation across all touchpointsDesign intent-based trigger systems that identify and act on buying signals automaticallyImplement in-app and chat automations that guide users through their journey and capture expansion opportunities
Data Pipeline & Intelligence Systems
Develop RAG applications and vector databases (using Supabase) for intelligent content retrieval and account intelligenceCreate real-time dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency metricsImplement predictive models for churn prevention and expansion opportunity identificationDesign automated lead routing logic that considers rep expertise, capacity, and historical performanceCreate customer lifecycle triggers that identify upsell opportunities and prevent churn
System Integration & Automation Architecture
Design and implement a composable GTM architecture using n8n as the central orchestration platform, connecting tools in our revenue stackBuild event-driven workflows that respond to buyer signals in real-time (e.g., pricing page visits trigger instant enrichment and personalized outreach)Create reusable automation patterns and maintain APIs
Who You Are
Core Technical Expertise
4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or similar technical roles in B2B SaaSExpert-level proficiency with n8n: Complex workflow design, custom code nodes, API integrations, error handling, and performance optimizationAdvanced Clay mastery: Waterfall enrichment strategies, AI-powered research, custom formulas, and integration with 20+ data providersPrompt Engineering excellence: Proven ability to design effective prompts for AI SDRs, content generation, and automated researchRAG/Vector database experience: Building intelligent retrieval systems using Supabase, Pinecone, or similar platforms
Technical Foundation
Proficiency in JavaScript/Python for custom automation logic and data manipulationSQL expertise for complex data analysis and reporting (intermediate to advanced)REST API design and webhook management for building custom integrationsExperience with event-driven architecture and real-time data processingUnderstanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality management
Business & Strategic Acumen
