We've evolved from pure outbound services into a GTM engineering shop that builds signal-based outreach campaigns, revenue operations systems, and the infrastructure that makes growth repeatable. We work with clients who need more than just lead gen - they need systems that scale.
What you'll do:You'll own client delivery from strategy through execution. That means jumping into Clay to build signal-based outreach campaigns, setting up multi-channel sequences in HeyReach, Smartlead, and Instantly, and actually shipping work that drives pipeline for clients.You'll be the main point of contact for clients in Slack, translating their goals into GTM motions, presenting strategy, and keeping projects moving forward. We need someone who can both think strategically about outbound and get their hands dirty building the campaigns.
What we're looking for:Strong Clay skills: you know how to build waterfall enrichments, use integrations, and structure tables that scaleDeep understanding of outbound motions (email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, deliverability, the whole stack)Experience with outbound tools like HeyReach, Smartlead, Instantly (bonus if you know Apollo, HubSpot, or n8n)Ability to communicate clearly with clients and lead strategic conversationsSomeone who can own deliverables end-to-end and hit deadlines
This role is about execution and ownership. You'll work directly with clients, build their systems, and help them grow revenue through better GTM infrastructure.
