Daily flow: write SQL and scripts that matter, teach bots to do the boring stuff, talk to real customers, feed learnings back to product. No slide decks, just shipping.

Position overview
As a GTM Engineer at Stainless, you will be an early member of our growth engine. You’ll build cross-functional technical systems, dashboards, workflows, AI pipelines, campaigns, that unlock scalable lead gen, onboarding, and expansion motions. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and GTM teams to turn business opportunity into real customer impact.
You’ll:
Triage and prioritize signups using data, enrichment, and automationDesign and build pipelines for outbound outreach and SEO-driven contentPersonalize workflows with AI, tailored messaging, smart sequencing, SDK examplesShip internal dashboard/alert systems to surface customer behavior or quality signalsTalk to customers regularly, debug usage issues, and feed insights back to roadmapBuild scripts, bots, or platforms to streamline GTM processes
