Integration & Automation: Design robust and scalable integrations between various GTM systems using APIs, iPaaS solutions, and custom scripting to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate manual processes. Data Pipeline Management: Develop and manage data pipelines to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data movement for reporting, analytics, and GTM strategy across all revenue systems. Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate workflows within sales, marketing, and customer success, translating business requirements into technical solutions that drive efficiency and improve operational speed. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a subject matter expert for complex GTM system issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and solutions. Collaboration with SysOps: Partner closely with the SysOps and IT teams on foundational infrastructure, security protocols, core enterprise integrations, and shared data warehousing initiatives. You will collaborate with SysOps to build new system functionalities or modifications that impact underlying infrastructure, ensuring GTM systems align with overall company technical standards and leverage existing infrastructure effectively. Vendor Evaluation & Management: Evaluate, recommend, and configure new GTM technologies and features to enhance our tech stack and GTM capabilities. Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation for GTM system architecture, integrations, and processes, and assist in training RevOps and other GTM teams on complex system functionalities.
