The Role

We're hiring a full-stack Go-to-Market Engineer to help us land and expand GenAI-native accounts — especially in the Bay Area tech ecosystem. This isn’t a typical outbound role and it’s not a traditional Account Executive. You’ll combine the best of both worlds with engineer-level technical fluency, outbound automation and hustle, and full-lifecycle ownership, from outreach, to onboarding, and through expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Own outbound: use Clay, Apollo, custom scraping, and smart workflows to reach top Bay Area prospectsPersonalize outreach using AI and programmatic enrichmentEngage technical buyers (e.g., ML leads, CTOs, infra engineers) and run sharp discovery callsBuild demos and lightweight prototypes to prove value fastGuide customers through onboarding — e.g., fine-tuning workflows, latency benchmarks, infra integrationMaintain long-term customer relationships and identify expansion opportunitiesFeed real-world learnings back to product, marketing, and engineering

Minimum Qualifications

Strong technical foundation (CS background, bootcamp, or hands-on coding/infra experience)Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocateFamiliar with GenAI concepts — LLMs, fine-tuning, APIs, model inference, etc.Able to build basic workflows or prototypes (Python, LangChain, Clay, etc.)Comfortable operating independently and wearing multiple hatsPassion for AI, startups, and helping builders winExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location. The listed salary range is intended as a guideline and may be adjusted.

Base Pay Range (Plus Equity)

$160,000 - $200,000 USD
