Iceberg in plain talk: we're the pit crew for fast companies' sales engines—fixing their pipes, tuning their dashboards, and making sure leads flow smooth.
Your spot: guide 3‑5 high‑growth clients through the RevOps maze. Not just fixing what breaks, but spotting what could break next quarter. Think architect, not mechanic.
Daily work: run workshops, sketch roadmaps, keep projects humming. You'll talk strategy with sales VPs in the morning, then huddle with our admin team to make it real by afternoon.
Who fits: 5+ years in Sales/Marketing/RevOps trenches, speaks fluent Salesforce or HubSpot, knows how to run projects without dropping plates. Consulting chops help.
Why join: small team growing fast, full benefits including unlimited PTO, and a chance to shape how modern companies actually sell stuff.
About IcebergIceberg is the sales and marketing operations team for growing companies. We specialize in architecting and building unified systems. We partner primarily with B2B, high-growth, VC- and PE-backed companies. We implement strong sales and marketing systems by providing services across sales ops, marketing ops, revenue strategy, data analysis, and more. Our team is small but expanding quickly and we are looking for the right people to help us get to the next level.
Job DescriptionAs a Growth Operations Architect, you will play a critical role in the experience and success of every client you manage. You will be responsible for working with a small group of clients (3-5) to develop a growth operations roadmap, design solutions to business problems, and manage the execution of the solutions you design. This is a strategic role that involves guiding business conversations with stakeholders – usually sales and marketing leadership. This is not a systems administrator role, though past experience as a CRM admin is a plus. Successful architects help clients understand what they should do — they don’t wait for clients to assign work. What You’ll Do
Manage onboarding and facilitate workshops – Guide new clients through a structured onboarding process to ensure alignment. Partner with consultants to understand each client’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, processes, and systems.Build and execute operational roadmaps – Maintain prioritized roadmap documentation for each client, ensuring projects align with business goals.Manage project execution – Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and post-deployment monitoring.Own client success – Act as the main liaison between clients and internal resources, ensuring all projects and tasks run smoothly.Run sprint meetings and client reviews – Conduct regular sprint check-ins, deliver ongoing status updates to clients, and lead monthly and quarterly reviews.Triage and manage client requests – Quickly assess, prioritize and assign ad hoc client needs. What You Won’t Do
Lots of admin work – While you may spend some time in client’s systems, you will work closely with our admin team to design things that they buildTake support tickets – Operations support is something we offer, but an architect is not responsible for providing support in most casesSales or marketing – we don’t do outsourced sales or marketing, so while our architects are expected to have a deep understanding of what our clients do, it is not their job to know how clients should sell or market
